1. Product Disclaimers

2. Warranty Terms
We implement specialized quality control measures to ensure your items are delivered to the highest standards. Products once sold and delivered will not be taken back unless the item is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery to the customer's premises.
Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery for the following issues:

Dimensional variations greater than 2%
Depending on the nature of the verified defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
This limited warranty does NOT apply to:

Normal wear and tear over time.

Cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts, drops, or accidents.

Products stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using incorrect methods/products.

Upholstery, fabric coverings, and cushion covers.

Damages resulting from utilizing the product beyond its intended residential use.

Natural expansion and contraction of solid wood due to seasonal climate variations.

Natural characteristics of wood, such as glue lines, seasonal splits, or minor joint openings, which are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Returns & Eligibility
All our products undergo rigorous quality checks and are packed and shipped with great care. We accept returns only when the product delivered to you is defective or broken.

What is Eligible: A manufacturing flaw that directly hinders the intended use of the product (e.g., structural imbalance, wooden joints opening). Natural material variations in texture or grain are not considered defects.

What is NOT Eligible: Damage from improper third-party installation/assembly, irregular maintenance, inappropriate storage, water/moisture exposure, or discoloration caused by direct sunlight.
4. How to Initiate a Return Request
To request a replacement or refund for a qualified defective item within the 7-day window, please follow these steps:
